By visiting our site and/ or purchasing any goods and services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

ONLINE SHOPPING PAYMENT

Confirmation email with payment instructions and invoice will be sent to the email that you provide at checkout. Order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. If payment is not received within 3 business days after Luen Cheong Hong Ltd. has contacted the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If the good(s) is found defective, damaged or not matching to your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

• Customers must contact LCH within 3 business days from goods receipt date if they intend to return or exchange goods. No refund or exchange thereafter.

• All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for arranging a return.

• Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the return and exchange. Exchanges are considered as a new deliveries, thereby customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS​

• Due to hygiene reasons, all medical consumable products and supplies sale are FINAL. You may request for samples prior to purchasing.

• Products for wound treatment, such as bandages, dressings, dressing packs.

• Medical Consumable products such as face mask, gloves, personal protective equipment, etc.

• Liquids or Spray

• Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

• Discounted or Special Promotion Items
   

DISCOUNTED OR SPECIAL PROMOTION ITEMS

• Only regular-priced items can be returned.

• All discounted or special promotion items are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to arrange refund if product cannot be replaced. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 month after email acknowledgment.

• For goods purchased at a discounted price (such as combo promotion, discount code, free shipping, etc.), refund amount will be adjusted proportionally. If it is necessary to make up the excess money, it will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

Wholesale Discounts
Wholesale discount and quantity above a certain quantity (conditions may apply).  Doctors, nurses, corporates, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and clinics can also enjoy wholesale discounts. Please log into Corporate Customer Portal or contact us directly for price quote and orders.

DELIVERY POLICY

FREE DELIVERY in Hong Kong and Macau above HK$499 net spending after discounts if applicable. For orders below HK$499, orders will be fulfilled by S.F. Express and customer will pay for delivery upon receiving goods.

Delivery fulfilled by S.F. Express or by Luen Cheong Hong logistics team based on the most effective delivery method.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Shipment will arrive within 5-7 business days (weather and stock availability may lead to delays in special circumstances).

Sundays and Public Holidays: Not Available

DELIVERY POLICY

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will apply additionally delivery charges for flight of stairs. For details of the additional charges, please contact us for more information.

If the parcel(s) is not received upon the first delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the parcel(s) to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of delivery fees will be charged.

Restricted Products Sales Online

LCH is abides to all the rules and regulations by the local government where sales are made. Certain products may be restricted for purchasing at our online store. We will not sell and distribute such products to individuals directly. Local Business Registration and other supporting documents may also be required when making a purchase. Please contact us directly for products that are labeled Corporate Wholesale Only.

In using the services provided by LCH at this website, and/or purchasing goods from LCH's Online Store, you agree to all the terms and conditions above.

The English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the case of any disputes.

Should there be any disputes, Luen Cheong Hong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
